D10 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the d10 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration. Last updated: 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by the d10 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the d10 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the d10 platform. This platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to close any account found to be in violation of this minimum age requirement.

D10 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the d10 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, valid email address, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure without any refund.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. d10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

D10 may require identity verification from users at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of an identification document such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a d10 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise platform operations, the safety of other users, or the integrity of the games. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activities.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or hacking into d10's systems.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the d10 platform to other users.
  • Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the d10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits made are from legitimate sources and belong to you. d10 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX (direct bank transfers through major Malaysian banks). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current policy, which you can review after logging into your account. d10 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that raises concern.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account held in the same user's name. Processing times are between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status. d10 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.

Any transaction errors must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. d10 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to report errors within this period.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The d10 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, d10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or gaming activities.

D10 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, upgrades, or in unforeseen circumstances, without liability to users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the d10 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of d10 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from d10.

Third-Party Links

The d10 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. d10 has no control over the content or policies of those websites and is not liable for any loss arising from their use.

6. Account Policies, Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

D10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, false registration information, or at the request of authorities. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any existing balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users may also close their own account by contacting the d10 support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures, provided the account meets verification requirements.

Changes to These Terms

D10 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the d10 platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to d10's services.
